BY: Fabiana Santana   |   Thursday, September 9, 2010

Spears hired Fernando Flores in February 2010 to work in her California home. He filed a lawsuit against her this week for "intentional infliction of emotional distress." In it, he states that Spears "made repeated unwanted sexual advances, summoning Plaintiff to her room at her residence for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked or near naked body to Plaintiff."

But Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says that Kev isn't buying it. "He is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem."

Flores claims that the Toxic singer romped around the house in see through clothes and engaged in sex acts in front of him. He says, on one account, she had on a sheer night shirt and no underwear and proceeded to bend over in front of him to pick up a lighter, exposing herself fully to him. When Flores complained, he says she responded with a snarky, "You know you liked it."

In his lawsuit, Flores also claims that Spears fed her two sons with Federline, Sean Preston, 4, andJayden James, 3, crabmeat even though the two are allergic to seafood and often hit them with Flores' belt.

Kevin has sole custody of the boys and Spears was granted frequent in their 2008 custody settlement.
